Q: We'll be in a group of 6 people at the MGM Grand. Tour date 12/30/2011 1PM 1) Is pick up at hotel OK? 2) For the 4 hour tour @ $372.00 ea. can we have one helicopter just for us? 3) Does it land at the canyon? 4) How bad does the weather need to be to prevent us from going? In this case, do we have a full refund?

1. Yes, we will pick up from the MGM Grand for this tour.
2. The helicopter usually fit around 5-7 passengers depending on weight, so it is very likely for your group of 6 to get the helicopter to yourselves.
3. Yes, this tour does land at the canyon.
4. We would not fly if it is raining a bit hard, or if there are heavy mist. If this happens then we would either try to reschedule for you, or we would provide a full refund.

You can choose to join the tour from the LAX airport or self check in to the first night hotel. We are not sure of how you can get to the airport since we do not know your current location, or where you will be at the time.

The tour cost of this tour does not include your transportation from your current location to the pick up location. This tour provides free airport pick up service from LAX airport on the first day of the tour.
Free airport pick up times are:
* Domestic US arrival transfers between 8:30am-10:30pm.
* International arrival transfers between 8:30am - 9:30pm.
We will then take card of the transportation from day one from LAX to the last day to LAX.

Unfortunately we are unable to pick up passengers in the Grand Canyon for this tour. We do not offer shuttle service from the Grand Canyon to Las Vegas.

Please note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day.
As this is a guided group tour, you will not be able to change the tour itinerary to extend your stay in Las Vegas. If you should self depart from the tour, for any reason, you will need to make your own arrangements to re-join the tour. Each bus has a certain number of seats. The number of passengers departing with the bus should have the exact same returning with the bus. There will not be any arrangements made for you to return on a different bus.

The first stop at tanger is a 1 hr lunch / restroom stop.
There will be no time to shop during the 1st stop.
